Combining the Maine food scene with a Boston taste, Jimmy and Alex partnered through the passion for food and hospitality. Meeting in the roots of Southern Maine, they were able to both launch successful careers, but it wasn't until they put their entrepreneurial minds together that the ventures really began. They mastered their first venture together in the summer of 2016, Cowbell Burger Bar, located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Biddeford.  Cowbell started the momentum for The Greeks, as they now have begun to branch out all over Southern and Central Maine with all different unique concepts. Receiving Entrepreneurs of the Year Award in 2018 for the York County area of Southern Maine, to DownEast Magazine's "Best Burger of 2019", to Uncorked Wine Bar's "Best Wine List of the York County area of Southern Maine" and the list continues to grow.  In all, Two Greeks Ventures pride themselves on making positive impacts in any new market or community they undertake.
